Who is Mountain Electronics?

For customers who are unfamiliar with Mountain Electronics, we have been repairing circuit boards for the commercial laundry industry since 1999. We fully remanufacture each computer board, rather than just replacing the broken component(s). Each board that we receive gets washed, all the parts that tend to fail get removed and replaced with new parts, then it goes to one of our technicians who do the final diagnostics, repairs, and testing. This process allows us to confidentially offer a one-year warranty on all repairs. We are also honoring all valid ALJ wdarranties.

Mountain Electronics also offers free shipping for all repairs. Simply click on “Account”. Once you have registered, you can print out a free UPS shipping label to send your boards to us. You can create a new UPS label for every order that you send to us, and our site helps you track the progress of your order.

Our typical turn-around time is 1-2 weeks in the shop, not including shipping time. Some customers need their board back fast so we offer a RUSH service. This service guarantees a next-business-day repair time. When you create your free shipping label, you can specify if you want the RUSH service for $30 extra per board.

We also maintain a selection of refurbished boards. These boards come with our one-year warranty and cost a fraction of the price of a new board. Our happiest customers are those who have spare boards because they never have a machine down while they get a board repaired.
