Our typical turn-around time is 1 week in the shop (excluding shipping time).
We remanufacture every board we receive. Each board is disassembled, cleaned, and all the components that tend to fail are replaced automatically. Once this standard repair process is complete, a technician tests the board on one of our simulators and performs the final diagnostics and repairs.
*Please note: we do not test boards before repairing them. We recommend that you perform the necessary troubleshooting before sending a board for repair. The best way to do this is to test the board in a working machine. This ensures the problem is with the board and not elsewhere in the machine.
When your order is complete we will contact you for payment. Once we receive payment we will ship it back to you.
All our repairs come with a one-year warranty. That warranty starts from the date of repair, not the date of shipping or installation.
When you receive your repaired boards, we recommend immediately installing them into a working machine with the power turned off. This confirms that the board is fully repaired and in working order, and ensures you will get the most out of your warranty.
