This option can be used if you are using an aftermarket or central pay system. It lets you program the value of the start pulse sent by a card reader.
- Enter Manual Mode: Follow the steps in the “Entering Manual Mode” section.
- Access programming: Press LOW TEMP (∧) or DELICATES (∨) until “PrOg” appears in the Four-Digit Display, then press START (enter). “AtS” will appear.
- Press LOW TEMP (∧) or DELICATES (∨) to find “PLSE,” then press START (enter).
- The rightmost digit will flash. Use LOW TEMP (∧) to increase or DELICATES (∨) to decrease the value.
- Note: The start pulse can be set from 0 to 9999. The default value is 25.
- Press START (enter) to save the digit and move to the next one.
- Repeat for all four digits.
- Once all 4 digits have been entered and you press START (enter) for the last time, the new start pulse value will be saved, and the display will show “CyCL” (Cycle Time).
- To exit programming: Ensure an option is displayed (not a value). Press and hold HIGH TEMP and MED TEMP simultaneously. The control will return to its previous mode.
