- Turn the power OFF to the washer or dryer for at least 1 minute.
- Hold down the grey (or yellow) program button on the machine’s main control board.
- Turn the power ON to the machine (while still pressing the program button).
- Wait until the control board displays “DEXTER”, then release the program button.
- Factory default pricing will display.
Occasionally this process has to be repeated up to 3 times for the main control board and VFD to start communicating properly.
