EI:00 All General Communication Error Communication problem. Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EI:01 All Bad Transmission Communication problem. Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EI:02 All Device Timeout Communication problem. Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EI:03 All Invalid Command Code Wrong machine type. Before downloading, ensure data is for current machine type.
EI:04 All Expecting Upload Request Communication problem. Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EI:05 All Invalid or Out-of-Range Data Wrong machine type. Before downloading, ensure data is for current machine type.
EI:06 All Invalid Data Code Wrong machine type. Before downloading, ensure data is for current machine type.
EI:07 All Error Writing to RTC Control failure. Control may need to be replaced.
EI:08 All Error Writing to EEPROM Control failure. Control may need to be replaced.
EI:09 All CRC-16 Error Communication problem. Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EI:0A All Invalid Machine Type Wrong machine type. Before downloading, ensure data is for current machine type.
EI:0F All Invalid Wakeup or IR Disabled Communication problem or IR is disabled. Manually enable IR on control / Re-aim Microwand and try again.
EC:00 All General Communication Error Communication problem. Try card again.

EC:09 All Corrupted Data Error Communication error. Try card again.
EC:0A All Invalid Machine Type Wrong machine type. Before downloading, ensure data is for current machine type.
EC:19 All No Card Reader: Communication Communication problem. Power down, power up and try again. If error persists, control or reader is bad.
EC:20 All Unreadable Card Bad card / dirty contact. Clean chip on card or card reader contacts. Try card again. If error persists, card may be bad.
EC:21 All Security ID Mismatch Wrong card. Use card with correct security code.
EC:22 All Site Code Mismatch Wrong card. Use card with correct site code.
EC:23 All Card Maximum Value Exceeded Value on card over max. Use a card which does not exceed maximum value.
EC:24 All Insufficient Memory on Card Card memory is full. Download card contents to PC and clear card for re-use.
EC:25 All Card Reader Malfunction Bad Card Reader. Card reader may need to be replaced.
EC:26 All Card Write Error Try card again. If error persists, card may be bad.
EC:27 All Diagnostic Test Card Write Failure Bad Card Reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:28 All Diagnostic Test Card Read Failure Bad Card Reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:29 All Diagnostic Test Memory Test Failure Bad Card Reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:2A All Diagnostic Test Card Interface Failure Bad Card Reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:2b All Diagnostic Test Flash Checksum Failure Bad Card Reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.

EC:2E All Firmware Update Failed, S/W Not Intact Bad firmware in reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:2F All Firmware Updated, S/W Not Intact Bad firmware in reader. Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:30 All Timeout Error Card Reader may need to be replaced.
EC:31 All Hotlisted Card Inserted Into Reader Card hotlisted. Control will destroy card.
EC:50 All Loyalty Purse Read Error Try card again. If error persists, card may be bad.
EC:56 All Loyalty Purse Write Error Try card again. If error persists, card may be bad.
Right most DP (decimal point) Lit All Network Communication Error Communication problem. Wait for 1.5 minutes for error to clear. If it doesn’t, power-down and power-up the machine. If error persists, control or Network Board may need to be replaced.
Err All Coin Error Invalid coin pulse.
Alrm All Break-in Alarm Error Service door or coin vault switches.
OFF All Break-in Alarm Shutdown Error Service door or coin vault switches.
E:FL Topload / Frontload Washers and Washer Extractors Fill Error Pressure switch fails to open in 30 minutes in any fill agitate cycle.
E:dr Topload Washers and Washer Extractors Drain Error Maximum drain time exceeded or water sensed at end of spin step.
E:SP Frontload Washer and Washer Extractor SPI Communications Error Master control cannot communicate with motor control. Master control will try to reset the motor control by powering it down. The error will display after three reset attempt failures. Caused by transformer unplugged or wiring to motor control incorrect.

E:OP Dryer and Washer Extractor Open Temperature Sensor Error Open temperature sensor circuit wiring. Change sensor.
E:SH Dryer and Washer Extractor Shorted Temperature Sensor Error Short in temperature sensor circuit wiring. Change sensor.
E:dL Frontload Washer and Washer Extractor Door Lock Error Door does not lock within 15 seconds of closing it or 3 minutes after cycle completion. Open and recluse door.
E:dO Frontload Washer and Washer Extractor Door Opened During a Running Cycle Control detects door open and door locked inputs high. Caused by pulling on door while locked or about to lock. Correct inoperative door locking system.
E:Ub Frontload Washer and Washer Extractor Unbalance Error Unable to balance load. Redistribute load and run cycle.
E:HT Washer Extractor Heated Error Takes more than two hours to read programmed heat temperature. Replace bad heater circuit components.
E:Pr Washer Extractor Pressure Switch Sequence Error Pressure switches out of sequence. Change pressure switch.
E:dF Frontload Washer Drive Failure Motor unplugged, motor failure, tachometer circuit open, drum locked up. Un-power machine to reset.
Door Frontload Washer Door Open Indicator Door is not closed during an active cycle. If door is closed, check for improper wiring or bad door switches.
E:00 Dryer and Topload Washer General Error Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.
E:01 Dryer and Topload Washer Proximity Error Micro-wand is improperly aimed at infrared communicator (angle or distance). Re-aim Micro-Wand and try again.
E:02 Dryer and Topload Washer IR Communication Disconnection Micro-wand removed before communication complete. Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.

EI:0A Dryer and Topload Washer Proximity Error Micro-wand is improperly aimed at infrared communicator (angle or distance). Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.
E:0B Dryer and Topload Washer IR Communication Disconnection Micro-wand removed before communication complete. Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.
E:0C Dryer and Topload Washer IR Communication Disconnection Micro-wand removed before communication complete. Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.
E:0d Dryer and Topload Washer Pressure Switch Error Check fill and drain hoses for improper installation and kinks. Check fill electrical circuit. Replace inoperative switches or wires.
E:0F Dryer and Topload Washer IR Communicator Programmed Off Reprogram infrared communicator on. Manually enable IR on control / Re-aim Micro-wand and try again.
Err All Coin Error Inoperative coin sensor. Check coin drop area and remove obstructions. Possible tampering. Evaluate security procedures.
OP Dryer Open Thermistor Physical open in the thermistor circuit. Replace thermistor.
SH Dryer Shorted Thermistor Dead short in the thermistor circuit. Replace thermistor.
