If you see a DSFL error as soon as the machine is powered on, please follow these troubleshooting instructions:

  1. Put the machine into service mode.
  2. Locate the potentiometer on the board. It will look like something like this:
    1. If this is a stacked dryer, there will be one for the top and one for the bottom.
  3. Using a small screwdriver, slowly rotate the adjustment slot back and forth.
    1. You may have to do this for 10-15 seconds.
  4. If the DSFL error is replaced by the temperature, adjust the temperature to match the room temperature.
  5. If the DSFL error does go away, there is likely an issue with the thermistor in your machine and it will need to be replaced. (We recommend using official ADC brand thermistors, not after-market.)
