This lets you turn certain programmed capabilities on and off. 

  1. Enter Manual Mode: Follow the steps in the “Entering Manual Mode” section. 
  2. Access programming: Press LOW TEMP (∧) or DELICATES (∨) until “PrOg” appears in the Four-Digit Display, then press START (enter). “AtS” will appear. 
  3. Press LOW TEMP (∧) or DELICATES (∨) to find “CnFg,” then press START (enter). 
  4. Enter configuration value: The three digits of the configuration value will be displayed. The active digit will flash on and off. 
  5. Use LOW TEMP (∧) or DELICATES (∨) to change the active digit. 
  6. Press START (enter) to save the digit and move to the next one. 
  7. For software versions less than S003: Valid values are 0-61. 
  8. Software version S003 and higher: 
    1. Values 0-63 limit the time remaining display to minutes only. 
    2. Values 64-125 enable the minutes/seconds option for the time remaining display. 
  9. Save changes: After entering all three digits, press START (enter) to save the configuration value. 
  10. The next option will appear: 
    1. Software versions less than S003: “AtS” (Automatic Top-Off) will appear. 
    2. Software version S003 and higher: “dCyC” (Default Cycle) will appear. 
  11. To exit programming: Ensure an option is displayed (not a value). Press and hold HIGH TEMP and MED TEMP simultaneously. The control will return to its previous mode of operation.
