Dear customers,
There is no easy way to communicate that Hurricane Helene has completely destroyed our facility in Burnsville, NC. We are fortunate to have space in Marion, NC to rebuild operations. One thing we know about our Mountain employees and Western North Carolina is that we are strong and resilient and are confident in our ability to rebuild as efforts have already begun and we intend to have working phones and internet early next week. Please keep our community and employees who have lost much is your thoughts and prayers. We are fortunate to know that 100% of our employees are safe at this time. Our number one priority is making sure the needs of our employees are met. Please be patient with us as we move forward.
