During repair, we will automatically replace any touch pad that has damaged buttons.  Indentations or compression fractures on the buttons indicate that the touch pad will fail within a few months of regular use.  Our replacement touch pads are OEM quality and will incur an additional charge of $30 ($60 if it’s a black Dexter touch pad).

Definition of Service Types

  • Repair: You send in your broken board to us. We fix it and return it to you. This is covered by our 1 year warranty.
  • Refurbished: You buy a remanufactured board from us. This is covered by our 1 year warranty.
  • New: This is a brand new board. This is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
