MDC Dryer Controls – SQ p/n #511867

Changing Price

 

VEND PRICE CHANGE

Note: Dryer must be in “Ready” mode. Make sure no coins have been entered, and the control is not in an active cycle.

  1. Open the service door. The coin drawer must be closed.
  2. Press and hold HIGH TEMP, then press MED TEMP.
  3. rAPd” will appear on display.
  4. Press LOW TEMP(Ó) or the DELICATES (Ô) until “PrOg” appears.
  5. Press START.
  6. Press LOW TEMP(Ó) or the DELICATES (Ô) until “AtS” appears. Note: most often, this is one quarter to start the dryer, or “0025”.
  7. Press START to display the current vend price. There are four digits in the vend price, and the active digit will flash on and off.
  8. Press LOW TEMP(+) or the DELICATES (-) to increase or decrease the value of the active digit.
  9. Press START to save this number and go to the next digit.
  10. Repeat for all four digits until the display reads “dEn1”.
  11. Press START to display coin #1 denomination. This is often one quarter to start the dryer, or “0025” (Card reader machines – see programming manual for setup.) There are four digits in the coin value, and the active digit will flash on and off.
  12. Press LOW TEMP(+) or the DELICATES (-) to increase the value of the active digit.
  13. Press START to save this number and go to the next digit.
  14. Repeat for all four digits until the display reads “dEn2”.
  15. Press LOW TEMP(Ó) or the DELICATES (Ô) until “CyCL” appears.
  16. Press START. The current dry time will display.
  17. Press LOW TEMP(+) or the DELICATES (-) to increase or decrease the minutes.
  18. Press START to save the value.
  19. Press LOW TEMP(Ó) or the DELICATES (Ô) until “C1tO” appears.
  20. Press START. The current additional dry time will display. This value is the number of minutes for each additional quarter (coin machines).
  21. Press LOW TEMP(+) or the DELICATES (-) to increase or decrease the minutes.
  22. Press START to save the value.
  23. To exit the programming feature, press and hold HIGH TEMP and press MED TEMP to revert to the main menu.
  24. Press and hold HIGH TEMP, then press MED TEMP to go back to ready mode.
